Storage period personal data If you requested a quotation from Cross Point, but you have not become a partner, then we will remove your personal data from our files not later than 1 year after our last contact. If we have received a quotation from you, but we haven’t become a customer, your personal data will be removed from our files not later than 1 year after our last contact. If you have become our partner, or we have become your customer, then we will save your personal data for a period of 7 years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you has been executed completely. This period of 7 years is in compliance with the period in which we are obliged to save our administration for our Tax Office. After this period your personal data will be removed. Your rights You have the right to ask us to see your personal data in our administration. If there is a reason, you may request us to add details or to change inaccuracies. Then you have the right to ask us to remove your personal data from our system, or to limit the use of your personal data. Furthermore, you can object to us that we gather and use your personal data or you can file a complaint at the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
