The Xperience Portal

The Cross Point Xperience Portal, which we introduced earlier this year alongside our new XSENSE AM45 antenna line and XAMD-2 AM connected deactivator, will be replacing the Cross Point Partner App at the end of 2023.The Xperience Portal is full of useful features! It can be accessed on your mobile device and also via your laptop or PC. With the Xperience Portal, we aim to meet the evolving needs of our customers by delivering a product that surpasses all expectations.

Here are some key features of the Xperience Portal:

A Dashboard with your most recently installed stores with Xperience products and the latest Cross Point News items.
A News page with all our informative News articles. Watch this space! Early in 2024 we will be revitalising our News channel and you will be able to read regular interesting articles from Cross Point!
The Service page; here you can connect remotely to your connected install base and much more! Please request training for all our Xperience products to get the most out of this incredible feature.
And lastly the ‘More’ page. Here you will find the following features;
A full list of all our products, with links to the product specifications and downloads.
The license page where you can order a remote service subscription and gain remote service access instantly to any one of your connected installations.
The ARGUS calculator, a well-used feature from the Partner App.
Preferences, you can assign your preferences for using the Portal.

At Cross Point, we take pride in providing exceptional customer support. We have created a detailed instruction manual for the Xperience Portal which you can download from the Partner log-in portal on our website. To request a demonstration please contact one of our team of experts who are available to answer any questions you have, ensuring you a seamless Xperience!

From the 31st of December 2023 the Partner App will no longer be available in the stores and we will no longer support or update the Partner App. Please make sure you switch to the Xperience App before then to ensure you continue to receive the most up-to-date information.

Your login credentials for the Xperience Portal and te Xperience mobile app are the same as you used for the Partner App, Device Explorer and Analytics.
