A deactivator is a device for removing the protection of a product.
This can and may of course only be done by authorized personnel, perhaps also only within opening hours. Or only when the cash register is active. That is why our deactivators are provided with options for controlling this.
Depending on the position of the deactivator plate, Cross Point has several options.
Standard, a plate is supplied for mounting under the counter. In case this is not possible and the plate must be mounted on the counter, we can supply an optional nice glossy black plate.
Every deactivation is checked. After every attempt, the deactivator checks whether the label has indeed been deactivated. The housing contains a buzzer and two LED lights. The lights show if the deactivation was successful or not.
This makes it possible to check whether the purchased labels are of sufficient quality and can be properly deactivated. Of course you want to prevent alarms at the entrance caused by non-deactivated labels.
