The largest indoor shopping centre in the Benelux, Westfield Mall of The Netherlands, opened its doors in March 2021.
From restaurants to shopping, from a movie theatre to extensive dining; everything is possible. With more than 100,000 square meters and numerous retailers, the Mall of the Netherlands has been a very successful project for Cross Point.
The Westfield Mall was officially announced in 2017 and the doors have finally opened since last month. The combination of a wide range of retailers and the fantastic architecture of the building, shows that the sky is the limit in this shopping centre.
We also saw this focus on design and efficiency in our projects.
Many stores were equipped with our ARGUS Floor System, an invisible security system that is completely concealed in the floor.
Based on intelligent camera counters on the ceiling, the conversion of the number of visitors in relation to the number of transactions is measured. An important tool to measure marketing campaigns but also the current impact of COVID-19 on the in-store traffic.
